We are a South Australian, family owned, business established in 2016. Our state of the art facility is 1000 square metres and boasts premium equipment, including Panatta plate and pin loaded machines, cables, a range of free weights, multiple squat racks and strength equipment including olympic grade benches and monolift, a broad range of leg equipment, and a multitude of various functional and cardio equipment.

 

Our members enjoy 24 hour access to all our facilities, including the main gym area, basketball court, sauna, classroom and stretching space, and designated kids area with childminding running up to 4 sessions per day.

 

We offer a number of classes daily, written in-house and tailored to our membership base, avoiding cookie cutter, pre-choreographed movements, and instead we focus on catering each session to the needs of participants. C

 

We have ample onsite parking, and we welcome visitors to tour the facility or come along on a casual visit during staffed hours.

Rock Solid 24/7 Gym is a Fitness Passport Partner Facility. Fitness passport members are invited to attend the gym during staffed hours to register their Rock Solid-Fitness Passport membership and enjoy unlimited access to facilities, childminding, classes and our app.
